Yoga nidra is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Sound healing enhances deep relaxation as well as clear heavy energies from the body to assist a more meditative state. Gayle will guide the nidra meditation and offer the healing sounds of Tibetan and crystal healing bowls, bells, and koshi chimes. This space is offered to allow important shifts to occur to balance mind, body, and spirit. Please wear comfortable clothing. There will be limited blankets and bolsters, bring yours if you have them.
