Yin Yoga is exactly what every body needs! This practice holds the body in postures for a while to apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Current yoga teachers and students will learn valuable posture set ups and knowledge for a more balanced life.
